Malta School Bell
circa 1900 / Buckeye Bell Foundry / Malta
A metal school bell, dating to either 1900 or 1879. The bell is inscribed with "Buckeye Bell Foundry 1900," but the stone under the bell says 1879. It's possible that's referring to the stone structure surrounding it. The stone arch says, "Malta School" on it, but there's no indication when it left the school or which one the inscription is referring to.
