A memorial to prominent Cleveland Reverend Lewis Burton located in Lakeview Cemetery. A bronze medallion depicts Burton's portrait in relief. Noted local artist Ora Coltman, perhaps best known for the creation of the first New Deal mural in Cleveland, created this memorializing artwork. Known as a dignified and genial man, Burton managed several parishes, including St. Mark's, All Saint's, and St. John's. Burton was rumored to have involvement in, or was at least aware of, St. John's Underground Railroad efforts.
