Central Park Fountain [Title Unknown]

A tall spire sits in an an octagonal pool. A small, circular pool in the midsection contains two upward streams of water that land in the small pool which overflows into the large octagonal pool below. The fountain is surrounded by low wrought iron fencing and stone planters to allow visibility but no access to the pool.
