A granite statue of a small Statue of Liberty type figure in Kirtland Park, dedicated in 1944 by the Civil Defense Corp and residents of Cleveland's Ward 10 in memory of the fallen soldiers in World War II. It cost $2,400 and was supposed to bear the names of the fallen soldiers.
