A bronze sculpture of John McIntre (founder of Zanesville), Noah Norris (enlisted in the first Black regiment recruited in Ohio during the Civil War), Zane Grey (writer), and John Glenn (astronaut). It was erected in 1999, 200 years after the city's founding.
