Holmes County Veterans Memorial

A memorial to the veterans of the Revolutionary War, the War of 1812, the Mexican-American War, and the Civil War. It features a sculpture of a soldier standing on top of the memorial. Each side of the base bears the name of the commanders during their respective wars: George Washington (North), Andrew Jackson (East), Winfield Scott (South), Ulysses S. Grant (West). On the north face, there is an inscription rededicating the statue to the veterans of the Spanish American War, World War I, World War II, Korea, and Vietnam.
