Stone statue of a soldier with long coat and long rifle (civil war era) stands atop a large, decorated stone column with text on all sides. The base of the monument holds metal plaques on all sides bearing the names of Fulton County veterans of the Civil War, Spanish American War, the War of 1812, the Mexican War, and the Revolutionary War.
