A fire helmet is attached to the base sitting at a tilt. On top of the helmet is a police cap. A bird is attached to the police cap by the beak and appears to be in flight with wings spread. The patina is a base of liver of sulphur with ferric nitrate over to create a caramel color. Teture is smooth with slight modeling. Base is a rectangular black granite 40"" x 24"" x 24"" sitting on a black granite plynth 8"" x 30"" x 30"". Two granite benches sit in plaza area.
Location: Rocky River Dr., Just South of McKinley at Ogontz.
