Morris Sharp Memorial Fountain
1906 / Creator Unknown / Washington Court House
This memorial, originally a public drinking fountain, features a bronze bust of Morris Sharp, a prominent banker and member of the local community. The bust stands atop a granite base, surrounded by 6 columns supporting a dome. While it is no longer a functioning fountain, the base features decorative bronze basins and spouts. The memorial was presented by Mr. Sharp's widow, Madeline Baker Sharp, in 1906.
