1500 mosaic tiles made from ceramic and glass cover this steel and concrete egg sculpture and are installed in the sidewalk around it. The tiles were created in workshops by members of the communities surrounding J.F. Kennedy park, and participants were asked to express "their memories of the farm and what the park means to them today." The verse on the base is by poet Helen Bartlett.
