Albert Paley is best known for his incredible skill in metal working. In fact he was the first metal sculptor to receive the coveted Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Institute of Architects, the AIA’s highest award to a non-architect. His architectural metal pieces have been commissioned by major institutions throughout the United States and have received international recognition. She has an international presence and importance in the world of contemporary art.
